White Flight

A little knowledge for yo soul, when I had discussed the Willis Wagons I came across the term "White Flight". And no I'm not talking bout these White Flights or this White Flight. But White Flight meaning white people fleeing urban communities due to the expanding of the black communities and black students into white schools. Which all led to white people moving into the suburbs.

White Flight is most recognized during the 1950's - 60's, due to the great historic 1954 Brown vs. Board decision to desegregate schools. So after that, white folks heard that schools would no longer be segregated, and they moved to the suburbs or commuter towns. And when black people migrated to white neighborhoods, they would be welcomed with this.
