5 Year Old Boy Accidentally Shot By Twin

Jonathan Jackson was accidentally shot in the chest and killed by his twin brother. The boys found a .38 Caliber pistol in their home police are now trying to find out how the gun got into the Jackson's home.

On the eve of the first day of school, the two boys just finished bathing, where according to reports the two boys were playing cops and robbers in their room with what they thought was a toy gun. Now your probably wondering where the parents were. According to Bruce Prince the two boys great uncle, their mom was on the porch, the grandmother in the bed and the great-grandma was in the kitchen. Everyone heard the shot, rushed to Jonathan's body while his brother John crawled out. John who was born 2 minutes and 39 seconds ahead of his brother has not told the family what happen but according to the autopsy he could not have pulled the trigger by himself. One DCFS spokeswoman said that
"{John}He doesn't understand the concept of life and death,"
The two boys were about to start preschool at William H. King Elementary.
